When you start to experience anxiety, the most effective way to deal with it is to find out what triggers it. If you notice that you have more anxiety at work, ask yourself why. The same goes in the home, in social surroundings, and more. Finding out your triggers can help you develop ways to deal with them and start living a more normal life. 

Once you start to realize where your symptoms come from, you can take steps to reduce the onset of anxiety by attempting to stay away from these situations. As far as physical symptoms, you can try to overcome them with a few proven methods. 

1. Breathing 

Breathing is a common way to calm your body and mind. Learn the power of controlling your breath, taking deep inhales and extended exhales to slow your mind and heartbeat. This practice has an immediate calming effect and can help you overcome physical symptoms. 

2. Sweating 

When we work up a sweat, we flush our bodies with toxins. Exercise makes us feel good and see things in a whole new and positive light. You can choose any kind of activity, as long as you work up a sweat, which releases feel-good hormones like serotonin along the way. 

3. Socializing 

Though social situations might seem like the last thing you want to partake in, getting out there and mingling with crowds is a good way to battle anxiety. The more you socialize, the calmer you’ll be, able to stop your physical symptoms before they start.
