Combating General Anxiety Disorder

Yoga is a practice that combines breath with movement. It has a way of getting your mind off the stressful stuff and focused on the things that you can improve. Try it out, even just 15 minutes a day will help improve your anxiety. 

3. Change your Breathing Patterns 

You have full control over your breath and, if you feel a flare coming up, take control. Breathe in deeply and hold your breath, releasing in a slow and steady manner. You’ll calm down quickly and have a common way to combat your anxiety.
